프로코피에프 8번은 심오한 작품으로 리히테르가 `인간의 일생 전부를 모든 모순과 함께 담고 있다`고 평가한 곡이다. 4번은 친구의 자살의 충격으로 작곡된 곡으로 방황하는 하모니와 다양한 주제가 즉흥적으로 결합되어 있다.

라흐마니노프 전주곡은 화려한 기교와 로맨틱한 향기로 많은 피아니스트의 사랑을 받는 곡이다. 차이코프스키 콩쿨 준우승 경력의 러시안 피아니스트 나비올린은 러시아 작품 연주에 고도의 전문성을 보여준다.

2003년 멀티채널 녹음으로 연주자가 표현하고자 하였던 미묘한 감성의 변화와 손끝의 섬세한 떨림까지 느껴진다.
