미국의 컨템포러리 재즈-락 밴드 Blood, Sweat & Tears가 1970년에 발매한 3번째 앨범으로 이 그룹은 브라스와 락 밴드 조합의 악기편성으로 유명하다.

직전 앨범이 큰 히트를 기록하면서 이 앨범에 대한 기대가 컸으며 발매되자 역시 앨범 차트 1위를 기록했으며 메인 곡인 Carole King의 Hi-De-Ho와 Lucretia MacEvil가 큰 인기를 얻은 곡이다.
