영국하면 제일 먼저 떠오르는 연상 이미지는 아마도 버킹험 궁전을 근엄하게 거니는 근위대의 모습이 아닐까. Coldstream Guards라 불리는 이들은 Regimental Band를 통해 자신들의 근엄하면서 위풍당당한 고유 아이덴티티를 확립하곤 하는데, 최근에는 대형 음반사와 음반계약을 맺기도 할 정도로 이들의 연주는 가히 수준급이다. 본 음반은 ‘Crown Imperial', Glorious Victory', 'King Cotton'등 영국과 미국, 유럽의 유명한 클래식 행진곡 45곡을 레코딩한 아주 진귀한 앨범이다.
